Man arrested after incident on Saturday
Claims a young child was assaulted at the Manx Museum in Douglas at the weekend are being investigated by police.
Following the alleged incident on Saturday, a man has been arrested and police are working with museum management to ensure appropriate safety measures are in place.
The Constabulary is urging people not to speculate on social media due to the nature of the investigation and say they’re aware of one particular social media post.
They say specialist officers are supporting the child affected and family.
