Some have even had cover specifically for the event
All TT visitors who've needed healthcare on the Island so far have had the right travel insurance, according to Manx Care.
Those without the right protection run the risk of having to pay for medical procedures or repatriation themselves, which could cost tens of thousands of pounds.
Manx Care's been encouraging people to check what their insurance covers before travelling here.
