Huge range of classes at popular event
One of the Island's most popular annual country events takes place later this week.
The St John's Produce Show will be held in the Methodist Hall in the village on Saturday (5 September), with a huge range of classes for everything from vegetables and flowers to confectionery and photography.
The event has contributed significant sums for charity over the years, and since 1985 has raised more than £63,800 to local worthy causes.
This year funds raised will be shared by the Great North Air Ambulance and Age Concern Isle of Man.
