Manx cultural calendar highlight tonight
Braaid Hall will be alive with the sound of music and poetry tonight (Saturday).
The annual Eisteddfod, one of the staple events in the Manx cultural calendar, starts at 7pm and that means an array of competitions including solo classes, quartets, hymn raising, recitation folk song and humorous story.
Allan Wilcocks, Dot Tilbury and Wendy McDowell are the adjudicators.
