
Forty Year 9 students from the Island's high schools have set sail on a high seas adventure.
The youngsters boarded the tall ship Stavros S Niarchos in Liverpool on Saturday and are spending the week sailing around the Western Isles of Scotland.
Working in teams around the clock, they're sharing the full range of crew duties, and this afternoon dropped anchor off the Isle of Arran.
The pupils are updating their families and teachers each day in a live ship-to-shore call to Manx Radio.
