Come meet crews and view kit!
Douglas fire station opens its doors to the Manx public today for a fund-raising event aimed at families (24 July).
All appliances at the Peel Road station will be on display, and crews on Green Watch will stage a rescue demonstration from the training tower.
Popular activities for children include a zip wire 'death slide', rides in the aerial ladder platform and hose reel games.
There'll also be a bouncy castle, roundabout and face painting.
Local businesses have donated prizes for the raffle - funds raised will go to the Firefighters Charity and Tabitha's Trust, which supports families through bereavement.
The open day runs until 4pm.
