Organ donation bill passes clauses stage
An opt-out organ donation system looks likely to come into force on the Island by the summer.
That's the view of Garff MHK Martyn Perkins after his Organ Donation and Human Tissue Bill passed through the clauses stage.
Third readings are due in both the House of Keys and the Legislative Council before it's sent for Royal Assent.
