The Friends of Queen's Pier campaigned to restore structure
The latest proposals to restore a famous former northern landmark will be outlined tomorrow (Thursday 10 Dec).
The Friends of Queen's Pier, which has campaigned to have the structure restored for more than two decades, holds its annual general meeting at Ramsey town hall.
The meeting which is open to the public, will hear from the leader of another group dedicated to restoring the pier to its former glory, Tom Durrant.
Mr Durrant has been drumming-up support at a series of meetings around the Island this autumn, and the two groups are now working hand-in-hand.
Friends of Queen's Pier chairman Michele Tramontana says Mr Durrant has exciting plans.
The meeting is at 7pm on Thursday on the first floor of Ramsey town hall.
