The Island’s Attorney General has been committed to a Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Stephen Harding of Greeba Avenue, Glen Vine, will face trial for committing acts against public justice and submitting false documentation.
The 51 year-old, who was suspended last October, is accused of lying to the Advocates Disciplinary Tribunal between April 1, 2010 and September 30, 2010.
He’ll now face charges under the Perjury Act 1952.
