Court case starts next week
The Island’s Attorney General is in court next week, suing the Island’s Lieutenant Governor over disciplinary procedures.
Stephen Harding was suspended three years ago after being charged with perjury and committing acts against public justice, but was cleared last February after a retrial.
Since then, he’s remained suspended on full pay and is taking action against Adam Wood because the Attorney General is a Crown Appointment rather than a government post.
The case will begin at Douglas Courthouse on Monday morning.
