Caution urged on parcel delivery
Police say parcels left on Island residents' doorsteps could be an invitation to thieves.
On its Facebook page, the Manx constabulary says it’s noticed packages being left unattended during the day – and says don’t make your gifts someone else’s!
Their advice is to request a signature for proof of delivery – or have the item delivered to work.
Officers also say a notice asking couriers not to leave parcels would also solve the potential problem.
