That’s the view of Locate Isle of Man – the branch of government tasked with attracting new residents to take up employment opportunities.
It was one of the topics of consideration for this week’s Population Rebalancing Committee.

The former nurses’ home, on Westmoreland Road in Douglas, is being redeveloped into flats for key workers.
