MHK Lawrie Hooper hits back at health department

"Absolutely disgraceful" and "inexcusable".

An MHK says revelations about the health department's Integrated Care vision exposes 'real problems with the culture & management' in the department.

Lawrie Hooper was speaking after it was revealed in an oral evidence session of the Public Accounts Committee this week that the 'vision' was largely a 'copy and paste replica' of a similar document produced in Wigan in 2014.
