Comments on legislative first
The chief minister believes abortion legislation in the Isle of Man must be updated, one way or another.
Howard Quayle was reflecting on last week's 'legislative first', which saw the House of Keys sitting as a whole committee.
Members were able to quiz experts from outside the House as part of the clauses stage of the Abortion Reform Bill.
