Manx Radio understands anti-abortion group Abort67 have been told to move their protest so it can't be seen from the children's ward at Noble's Hospital.
The demonstration is targeting healthcare staff on a training course at the adjacent Keyll Darree facility.
Concerns have been raised on social media over the protest's proximity to patients and the nearby children's ward.
Police say have since moved the group to a different location on the Noble's site.
.The group has advised residents to take 'caution', as they will as ever be holding placards bearing graphic images.
