Surprise lap for Liz
Motorcyclists from across the Island have joined forces to give a 92-year-old enthusiast an unforgettable birthday surprise.
Onchan woman Liz Heath, a self-proclaimed bike fanatic, hung up her leathers at the age of 75.
But on Tuesday she was treated to a ride around the TT Mountain Course in a taxi, accompanied by a convoy of over twenty riders.
The motorcade was assembled after an open call on social media by her son Bruce.
Liz and her family said they were overwhelmed by the response.
Speaking to Alex Bell, she reflected on her lifelong passion:
Main road between Peel and Douglas to shut for tree felling
'Targeted and intelligence led approach' to protect Island's borders during Irish sailings
Airport Director role advertised with top salary of £120,000
