Cut comes as petrol and diesel prices soar
A cut to fuel duty on the Isle of Man is expected to cost government around £2.5 million.
A five pence reduction for the next 12 months was announced on Wednesday in light of fast-rising petrol and diesel prices.
It comes in accordance with the Customs and Excise agreement between the UK and the Isle of Man.
