It's hoped proposals for a £40 million development in the heart of Ramsey can move a step nearer early in the New Year.
The Sulby Riverside project would see around 200 new homes, parks and a pub built on land along the banks of the Sulby River close to the centre of the town.
Project Director, Josh Church says the scheme provides for additional growth in Ramsey without eating into the green belt.
