Michelle Haywood dismisses claims her department was slow to implement legislation
The infrastructure minister has dismissed claims from Crogga that her department had been slow to implement the proper legislation to allow it to explore gas extraction from the Isle of Man's seabed.
Its licence expired on Friday and the two parties couldn't agree on terms for a renewal.
