Development by Church Road
Crosby could get a housing estate containing 36 new homes, if planners give the proposals the green light.
James Cowell of Douglas, the executor of Amy Kissack's estate, has applied for permission to build the development on fields between Peel Road and Old Church Road.
An entrance to the development would be build onto Old Church Road, with nine of the three- and four-bedroomed houses earmarked as affordable homes.
