Education Minister says negotiations continue despite strike announcement
The education minister says a teaching union's calls for a 30% pay increase are 'not realistic'.
Julie Edge's comments come after the NASUWT announced six days of strike action as a result of its ongoing dispute over pay erosion and working conditions.
The first of the strikes is due to take place later this month.
