An MHK says she's 'disappointed' by the scope of a probe into senior civil servants' pay.
It was agreed in Tynwald this week that an independent review of government staff salaries would go ahead - the first comprehensive one of its kind in three decades.
Onchan member Julie Edge has been pushing for a look into what top level executives earn for several months.
But she believes the study proposed by ministers is at risk of focusing on the wrong areas - and says the £20,000 put aside for it is not enough:
