It’s the news 1Direction fans on the Island have been waiting to hear – one of the band’s stars says he’s coming to the Isle of Man!

Niall Horan of the X-Factor runners-up – who’ve sold 19 million singles – made the announcement on Twitter.

In the early hours of this morning, he revealed he wants to come to the Island for TT next year, although he didn't mention performing.

It’ll be some welcome publicity for the 2014 meeting – Niall has more than 15 million followers on the social networking site!
