Aimee Ford proves hard work is the key ingredient to success

A Peel-based cake designer has once again reached what's known as the Oscars of the cake world.

Aimee Ford is a finalist in four categories at the DMA Awards.

She's been nominated in; Cake Designer of the Year, One to Watch, Flawless Finish and the coveted Cake Artist of the Year - the industry’s most prestigious accolade.

The awards ceremony will be held in Kent on 15 February 2025. 

Alongside the judged categories there’s also a Public’s Choice Award and Aimee is hoping the Manx public will give her their support.

Voting opens at 10am on Sunday 15 December and will close at 12pm on 22 December.
