Event held in Blackpool
Four of the Island's brass bands have been competing at the 2026 North West Regional Championship this weekend.
The event saw dozens of bands perform in Blackpool.
Onchan Silver Band, led by David Karran, finished third in the Fourth Section.
Manx Concert Brass, under the direction of Michael Fowles, was placed sixth in the First Section, while the Manx Youth Band, led by Ian Clague, finished eighth in the Fourth Section.
Ramsey Town Band, conducted by Robert Mitchell, came seventh in the Third Section, a strong result following their promotion from the Fourth Section last year.
