Manx Care committed to the room in July 2024
A new changing places facility in Noble's Hospital is expected to open in the next three months.
It's after the trustees agreed to fund the room in July last year.
A changing places facility is a larger accessible toilet with equipment such as hoists, adult-sized changing benches and space for carers.
Currently there are only two public ones on the Island - in the Manx Museum and in the Little Switzerland Tesco.
Manx Care says it's 'on track' to deliver the room, and hopes it will be up and running in April.
