Our mission is to foster a social barriers, and address the mental health challenges that affect the male population. Through open and honest conversations, we aim to reduce the stigma surrounding poor mental health and encourage men to seek help when needed.
Attendees at either of our locations Douglas Promenade Methodist Church or Ramsey Swimming Pool are asked to arrive for a 7PM start.
