Where and when? Castletown Square Friday 25th July 2025 1pm to 5pm Free entry Donations welcome to the Manx Bird Club and Manx BirdLife Action for Swifts project.
The event is being financially supported by Domestic Event Fund and Curraghs Wildlife Park. The event is also being supported by Castletown Commissioners, who will be providing the large video screen, and Ross Cain Plant Hire, who will be providing protective screens for the community mural.
Victoria Road school children will also be taking part in Swift workshops with Manx BirdLife and Swift themed art activities with Eve Adams prior to the event and their creative works exhibited at the event.
It is hoped Celebrate Our Swifts will instil a sense of pride in local wildlife and a community spirit that will be felt for years to come.
