Afternoon Tea to Celebrate The Salvation Army Debt Advice 5th Birthday

The Debt Advice Service opened in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, and has supported on average over 100 clients each year. We recently found funding to employ a case worker which has meant we are now seeing more than 150 clients each year. Our team support individuals with budgeting and debt issues and provides regular free budget courses (next one planned is 30 September, 7 & 14 October with attended needed at all 3 dates).

Our afternoon tea is an opportunity to celebrate with the community and to thank them for their financial support through donations. It is also an opportunity for those who have either referred clients to us or have received support, to be able to chat with our team.

This is a free event open to all.
